Absolutely! Most of our clients book right through email or after a phone call, but I completely understand some couples prefer to have face-to-face meeting. However, please note that we will only accept video call chat during busy months.

Typically, our coverage begins approximately an hour after the makeup artist's arrival and concludes after capturing table photos as guests depart. If there's a break between the morning and dinner sessions, it doesn't factor into the total hours. However, any breaks lasting less than 3 hours won't be considered as breaks.

A Same Day Edit offers a snapshot of your wedding day, featuring pre-reception happenings, all filmed and edited on the same day for instant viewing. It's screened during your wedding banquet, offering you and your guests a glimpse of the best moments from your bridal prep, first look, and ceremony, and the video will be ready within four to five hours for your enjoyment.

Yes. After the morning shoot, video editor will edit the video while the other proceeds with your photo/video session.

We appreciate your decision to choose Eyes on You Weddings based on our brand's vision and style. However, if you desire a different editing approach, we suggest seeking a photographer or videographer whose style reflects your preferences.

We assign creatives based on availability to ensure you have the best professionals for your event. Rest assured, all our team members are skilled and experienced, committed to providing you with stunning memories that you’ll cherish forever.

We uphold authenticity and embrace natural human elements, refraining from altering anything that deviates from its natural state. Although every image in our collection undergoes color balancing, exposure adjustments, cropping, and straightening as necessary, we limit retouching to minor blemish removal for couple portraits, if required. Should you require more extensive edits, they can be requested for an additional charge per image.

To ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness, we make every effort to fully understand your needs before the shoot, aiming to avoid the necessity of a reshoot. However, we acknowledge that changes may sometimes be necessary. We offer up to two free revisions for reasonable requests. Please note that unlimited changes are not available. When you receive the initial proofs of photos or videos, kindly specify all desired changes in detail, so we can address them in one go. Any further revisions will incur an additional charge unless the third revision is due to our error.

Certainly, we offer the option to divide the package into two portions if you book us for 8 hours or longer. For example, we can cover the morning wedding activities like gatecrash and tea ceremonies, then take a break. We'll come back later for the evening banquet. Our service starts when we arrive and ends when we leave, including any travel or waiting time. If the total time for both parts is less than 8 hours, each part will be charged separately, even if they happen on the same day.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occasionally disrupt the planning process. While we do allow for cancellations, we kindly require written notice at least two months (60 days) prior to your secured date, along with a valid, extenuating reason for the cancellation. Please refer to your agreement for specific details regarding the forfeiture of your initial retainer upon cancellation.

Unfortunately, the deposit is non-refundable as it covers our time and resources dedicated to your special day. If you are not completely satisfied with our work, you may take from us some of the photos or video clips that you find acceptable for the deposit you have paid.

Our creative fee covers the artistry of the final edit. The RAW files are the ingredients; the final gallery is the Michelin-star meal. We deliver fully graded, high-resolution imagery that meets our rigorous artistic standards.

A non-refundable security deposit of 50% is required to book Eyes On You services, with the balance payable within 7 days after your wedding date.
